When we initially added the first DSP, and thereafter added Adform specifically, we had to match our current hierarchy with the data we could collect from the DSPs. That's the reason we ended up with line items on our "Ad" level.
We have a plan to add another level "below" Ad, called Assets/Creatives, where it would be possible to see the actual assets for DSPs :)
