New metrics
We've just rolled out some of our most requested metrics to make your reporting and insights even more complete.
✅ Reach
See exactly how many unique users have seen your campaigns, ad groups and ads. Perfect for understanding audience size and visibility. We will be adding it to more channels soon, but for now, you can find it in:
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Snapchat Ads
✅ Frequency
Track how often your audience is seeing your campaigns, ad groups, and ads. This helps you balance awareness with avoiding overexposure. For Frequency, the same channels as Reach are currently available, with more to come in the future. Frequency is available for the following channels:
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Snapchat Ads
✅ Outbound clicks (Meta only)
Measure how many clicks are driving traffic away from your ad to your chosen destination, giving you a clearer view of engagement beyond clicks (all) and link clicks.
These metrics are now available in Ad Performance and Custom Dashboards, ready for you to use immediately.
💡 Pro tip
Use Reach and Frequency together to spot the perfect moment to refresh your campaign, ad group or ad set-up. Then pair Outbound Clicks with CTR to track both interest and action. Create a calculated metric with Outbound Clicks to see a CTR unique to this metric, giving you deeper insight than the standard link click CTR.
