What is the Spending Report?
The Spending Report shows how much you're spending on advertising across all your connected channels — and how that compares to your budget. It pulls data from Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other connected platforms.
What you'll see
Summary cards
Three cards at the top give you a quick status:
- Yearly budget remaining — How much of your annual budget is left
- Monthly budget remaining — How much is left for the current month
- Average daily spend — Your daily spending rate this month vs your daily budget
Monthly spend chart
A bar chart showing your spend per month, stacked by channel. A budget line shows your monthly target so you can quickly see if you're over or under each month.
Spend by channel
A pie chart breaking down what proportion of your total spend goes to each channel or ad account.
Monthly burndown
A day-by-day chart of cumulative spend for the current month, plotted against the monthly budget ceiling. This tells you whether you're on pace to stay within budget or about to exceed it.
Setting up a budget
Click Manage Budget to create or edit your budget:
- Select the year
- Choose a distribution method:
- Equal — Enter a total yearly amount and it splits evenly across all 12 months
- Manual — Set a different budget for each month (useful if your spend varies seasonally)
- Save
The budget modal also shows your actual spend next to each month's budget, with a visual bar — green when under budget, red when over.
Filtering
- Year — Switch between years to view historical data
- Resources — Filter to specific ad accounts
- Separate resources — Toggle to see each account's spend individually rather than combined
