How notifications work
Fyr sends you notifications when important things happen in your account — like new recommendations, KPI updates, or comments on your posts. You'll see these in the notification bell icon in the top menu.
Email summaries
In addition to in-app notifications, Fyr can send you email summaries of unread notifications. This way you don't miss anything even when you're not logged in.
Customizing your notifications
Go to Profile → Notification settings to control:
- Which types of notifications you want to receive
- Whether you want email summaries
- How frequently you receive email digests
Types of notifications
- Recommendations — New optimization suggestions for your accounts
- KPI alerts — When a KPI goes on or off target
- Comments and reactions — When someone responds to your posts or tags you
- System updates — Resource connection changes, automation results
