What is the Changelog?
The Changelog is a complete record of (almost) everything that's happened in your organization. It automatically logs changes made by team members, automations, and the system — so you always know who did what and when.
Find it under Settings → Changelog.
What gets logged
The Changelog tracks changes across your entire account:
- Users — New registrations, invitations sent or deleted, role changes
- Resources — Data sources connected or disconnected
- Ad changes — Budget adjustments, ad content edits
- Automations — Actions taken by Fyr's automation system (CoPilot/AutoPilot)
- Dashboards — Created, updated, deleted, sharing settings changed
- Organization — Name changes, settings updates, consent given or withdrawn
- Tags & Annotations — Tags created, auto-tagging applied, annotations added
- KPIs — KPIs created, updated, or deleted
- Recommendations — Status changes on optimization tasks
Reading the Changelog
Each entry shows:
- Who made the change (user avatar, or a system icon for automated actions)
- What changed
- When it happened
The list loads more entries as you scroll down.
Filtering
Use the filter in the top bar to narrow down by change type — for example, show only dashboard changes, or only user-related events.
