What are Sub-Organizations?
If your Fyr account is set up as an agency or enterprise organization, you can create and manage separate organizations for each of your clients. These are called sub-organizations — each one has its own users, connected accounts, dashboards, and data, completely separated from your other clients.
Find this under Settings → Sub-Organizations.
What you'll see
The page shows a card for each client organization with:
- Organization name
- Users who have access (with their names and avatars)
- When the organization was created
Switching to a client's organization
Click the arrow button on any card to switch into that client's organization. You'll see their full account — dashboards, reports, ad performance, and everything else — as if you were logged in as them. Use the organization switcher in the top menu to switch back.
Creating a new client organization
Use the Create Organization option to set up a new client. You'll need to provide a name and can then invite users and connect data sources from within that organization.
Relationship to the Agency Hub
Sub-Organizations provide the admin management view, while the Agency Hub gives you a dashboard view of all your clients' key metrics in one place. See our Agency Hub article for more.
