Organic vs. paid breakdown for social media
Social media widgets and the social media topline now have a Data type selector, so you can view your numbers as Total, Organic, or Paid. The split carries through to charts, per-page metrics, and CSV exports — making it much easier to see what your content earns organically versus what you amplify with spend.
"Contains" matching for GA4 dimension filters
Dimension filters for Google Analytics 4 now support a Contains match type alongside the existing exact match. Pick a dimension, add one or more text fragments, and rows matching any of them are included — perfect for grouping campaigns or pages that share a naming pattern without listing every exact value.
Tag filtering across levels
Widgets can now be filtered by tags regardless of the level the tag was applied at. For example, you can use your campaign tags to filter a widget that shows ad-level data — no need to re-tag everything at every level.
New metric: Active Ads
A new Active Ads metric is available for stat cards, showing the number of distinct ads that had impressions in the selected period. Useful for keeping an eye on how much of your creative portfolio is actually running.
Configurable attribution window for Facebook Ads
You can now configure which attribution window Fyr uses when fetching Facebook Ads conversion metrics, so the numbers in Fyr line up with how you evaluate campaigns in Meta.
Smarter and faster Automagic AI*
Automagic AI received a round of upgrades this month:
- Faster responses — the assistant now runs multiple data lookups in parallel instead of one at a time.
- Better dashboards — it builds from proven dashboard templates and reviews its own work against a design guide before handing it over.
- PDF export — ask the assistant to export a dashboard as a PDF for any date range.
- Help Center answers — the assistant can now look up our Help Center documentation, so you can ask it how-to questions about Fyr directly in the app.
*Note: Automagic AI is only available on selected licenses. Reach out to our Customer Success team if you'd like access to our AI tools and MCP.
More reliable ad previews
Meta and TikTok ad creatives are now stored on our own CDN, so ad images and videos in Fyr no longer disappear when the platforms' asset links expire.
Better Page Insights content extraction
Page Insights now uses an improved content extractor that strips cookie/consent banners from analyzed pages, and manual re-scrapes render JavaScript-heavy pages properly — giving cleaner, more complete page content.
