Instagram & Facebook Stories
Organic Stories from Instagram and Facebook now appear in the Social Media post feed with their own "Story" chip and story-specific metrics: replies, follows, profile visits, taps forward and back, exits, and swipes. Because Instagram story insights disappear about 24 hours after publishing, Fyr captures them on a frequent schedule and takes a final reading just before that window closes, so the numbers stay accurate. You can also include or exclude stories in dashboard widgets.
Page-level organic Reach for social media
The Social Media page can now show page-level organic Reach - the number of unique accounts reached - for Instagram, Facebook ("Viewers"), and LinkedIn ("Members reached"), matching what each platform's own analytics report. Reach counts unique people, so it is never summed across days the way impressions are. Because it triggers live calls to the platforms, it is off by default in the metric selector and loads separately, keeping the rest of your topline fast.
New social post metrics: Reach, Saves, Link clicks & Watch time
Four requested post-level metrics are now available across the Social Media post view, the Post Cards widget, and post-level stat cards:
- Reach: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
- Saves: Instagram
- Link clicks: Facebook, counting just the link clicks rather than all clicks
- Watch time: TikTok, total seconds watched
Instagram Shares now appears as well. Each metric only shows on the channels that report it.
Competitor split on Share of Search
Share of Search now includes a competitor split pie chart, making it easier to see at a glance how search interest is divided between you and the competitors you track.
Business areas
You can now define Business areas for your organization in General settings and scope competitors to them. A competitor with no area set competes in all of them. Useful when different parts of your business face different sets of competitors.
Custom Data Import: sync on demand
Custom data imports now have a manual Sync now action, so you no longer have to wait for the next scheduled run after changing a source.
Dashboard cover images
Cover image handling for custom dashboards has been reworked, making covers quicker to set and more consistent across dashboards.
