This is the biggest release in Fyr's history. We have rebuilt the entire application: a new navigation model, a new Home, a new action bar on every view, a resizable side panel, and a design system that finally uses the whole width of your screen. Alongside it, a full suite of AI capabilities moves from experiment to product.
Everything below is available today. Here's what changed.
A brand new Fyr
Start where your work is: the new Home
Fyr now opens on a Home screen you build yourself. Add the blocks that matter to you: favourite dashboards, pinned KPIs, goals, My Tasks, recommendations, site score, and the news feed. Then drag them into the layout you want. The standalone Feed is now one of those blocks, so your first screen each morning is a genuine overview instead of a starting point you have to navigate away from.
Home, arranged into blocks. Pinned goals show progress against target; pinned KPIs carry a sparkline and a 30-day trend.
Navigation rebuilt around how you actually work
The new sidebar groups every area of Fyr into folders you can keep open side by side, with a search-as-you-type organization switcher and a collapse toggle on every view. Settings sit under your avatar, Goals is now Goals & KPIs, and the whole shell is route-driven, so deep links land exactly where you expect.
The action bar: every control in one predictable place
Each view now carries a consistent action bar with inline titles and breadcrumbs, holding the date range, filters, metric selection, and the view's main actions. It stays put as you scroll. Ad Performance, Website Analytics, Social Media, Competitor Monitoring, E-commerce, Search Terms, Goals & KPIs, dashboards, the UTM builder, and the Budget Tool all use it, so what you learn in one view carries everywhere.
Ad Performance, with the action bar pinned above the stat cards.
A side panel that works with you, not over you
My Tasks, annotations, notifications, and AI chat now share one resizable, dockable side panel. Drag it to the width you want, dock it beside your data instead of covering it, or collapse it entirely. Annotations and chat can sit open next to the chart you're reading.
Fyr on the screen you have
The application now stretches properly on ultra-wide displays and works on mobile. Ad Performance, Website Analytics, custom dashboards, organization settings, and the post views all adapt down to phone width, with dedicated mobile navigation, search, and sorting.
Cleaner data, everywhere you look
Charts share consistent legends and tooltips. Stat cards scale to the space available. Post and competitor grids offer both list and card views. Dashboard cards are flatter, with elevation kept for overlays, so the data reads first. The UTM builder has been rebuilt around a compact saved-URL table with filtering, a dedicated editor, and quick copy actions. Competitor Monitoring gained the same post layouts as Social Media, and Recommendations got a restructured single-recommendation view with proper formatting.
Social posts in card view. Reach, Link clicks, Saves and Watch time sit alongside the metrics you already track.
Connecting a channel, rebuilt
Adding a data source is now a guided, step-by-step flow: pick from a visual channel grid, choose exactly which accounts to connect, and get a clear explanation if authorisation fails instead of a dead end. Spreadsheet and custom-data connections follow the same path, and a confirmation shows you what landed.
Hub
The Hub now uses the full width of the screen and sits in the main navigation. It replaces the old Sub-organizations settings section entirely. Everything that lived there now has a better home in the Hub. Favourite the organizations you check most often and their goals, KPIs and resource health surface at the top.
The Hub opens on your agency/enterprise. Favourited organizations lead, each showing goal progress, KPIs against target, and resource health at a glance.
Hub is available to organizations on an Agency or Enterprise setup.
AI, properly built in
AI Chat: ask your marketing data anything
Ask questions in plain language and get answers grounded in your own connected data. The assistant reads your campaigns, website, search, social, and e-commerce metrics, and can act on your behalf — creating dashboards, widgets, tags, and annotations. It now runs on our fastest model with a choice of reasoning effort, so you can trade speed for depth when a question deserves it.
Automagic AI docked beside your data. Recent chats stay available, and the effort control trades speed against depth.
AI Dashboards: describe it, and it gets built
Describe the dashboard you want and Fyr builds it, working from proven templates and reviewing its own work against our design guide before handing it over. Then keep refining it by asking.
AI Visibility: do AI assistants recommend you?
Your customers increasingly ask ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for recommendations. AI Visibility measures how often your brand and your tracked competitors appear in those answers, your share of voice against them, how it trends over time, and which sources the assistants cite. Prompts can be generated automatically from your real search demand, and results break down per business area.
AI Visibility tracks brand presence in assistant answers, with share of voice and the sources those answers cite.
AI Recommendations: wake up to what needs attention
Fyr analyses your accounts and surfaces what deserves action, in a redesigned view with clear severity levels and properly formatted reasoning. The engine now gathers evidence first and reasons over it second, which makes the suggestions materially better grounded.
MCP Access: your Fyr data, in the AI tool you already use
Connect Fyr to Claude, or any tool that speaks MCP, and work with your marketing data there. Pull metrics, conversions, budgets, site score, social posts, competitor data, and recommendations; build dashboards and apply tags without leaving the conversation.
Bring your own LLM
Fyr's AI runs on models we choose and pay for. If you would rather it ran on yours, it can. We can point Fyr at your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Mistral account, or at a model you host yourself, and every AI feature then runs on that instead. Your keys are encrypted at rest.
Organizations choose this for a few reasons:
- You trust a particular model. If your team has settled on a model it knows how to work with, you can keep using it inside Fyr rather than adapting to ours.
- Your data has to stay with a specific provider. If procurement or compliance has approved one vendor, or signed terms with them, AI processing can stay inside that agreement.
- You host your own model. For the strictest requirements, a self-hosted model means prompts never reach a third-party provider at all.
- You have your own rates. If you have negotiated pricing or existing credits with a provider, the model usage bills through the account you already control.
Bring your own LLM is configured by us for your organization — there's nothing to set up in the app. Contact Customer Success and we'll wire it in.
See what your AI usage costs you
Your organization has a monthly AI allowance sized to your plan, and you can now see exactly where it goes. Organization settings show your current usage against the allowance, when it renews, and a breakdown by feature and by user, so you know which AI features earn their keep before the month is out. You can also add an AI usage block to your Home screen if you want it at a glance.
More data in Fyr
Google Campaign Manager 360
CM360 can now be added as a resource, bringing your Campaign Manager data alongside everything else.
Customers & Commerce - including Stores
Connect Omnium and bring five aggregated daily datasets into Fyr, with zero personal data. Compare revenue by store, track the project pipeline, see loyalty versus guest behaviour and its effect on order value, and monitor returns - all beside your existing e-commerce metrics. You can now also filter on brands and point the connection at a specific Omnium API host.
Budget Tool
Plan budgets and let them pace themselves. Set budgets across accounts and groups, track spend against plan as the month progresses, carry over what wasn't spent, and see each entity's status from the ad network right beside its pacing.
Entity status in Ad Performance
Every campaign, ad group, and ad now shows its serving status straight from the ad network — Enabled, Paused, Issues, Ended, or Archived - with a status filter and an Active only toggle. Supported across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Bing, DV360, Adform, and C Alt.
Goals & KPIs, side by side
Goals and KPIs now share one overview, with goal progress charted against target and KPI cards showing the current value, the target, and the direction of travel over your chosen window.

🛠 Bug Fixes & Improvements

- Fixed dashboard widgets duplicating and edit-mode grid rows drifting out of alignment.
- Calculated metrics no longer duplicate in stat cards, and selecting one resource in a group no longer selects them all.
- Ad Performance tables respond to metric selection, and the data table no longer clips.
- Goals & KPIs no longer cramp on laptop widths, and the empty-state buttons work.
- The Social Media pages table fits standard laptop widths, and the Data type selector is back on the account summary.
- Fixed pie chart sizing, chart legend overflow in the Spending Report, and dropdown clipping.
- Budgets keep a row's split when a period is resized or the date range moves, and editors can add to a budget with the allocated total reported honestly.
- Site Score returns the latest result per page.
- Fixed GA4 errors for widgets filtering on attribution dimensions.
- Meta pixel custom events are stored rather than dropped, with full-window backfill for recovered events.
- Google Ads conversion caching unblocked; Facebook Stories listings no longer fail on long histories.

- A changelog view in organization settings, and a new preferences page in your user settings.
- Many alignment, spacing, and responsive fixes across the application.
A note on availability
Some features depend on your licence:
- Included for all organizations: AI Chat, AI Dashboards, and AI Content Generation, within a monthly AI allowance sized to your plan. You can track usage against it in organization settings.
- Available on selected licences: AI Visibility, AI Recommendations, MCP Access, Customers & Commerce (Omnium/Stores), Google CM360, the Budget Tool, and Bring your own LLM.
- Hub is available to organizations on an Agency or Enterprise setup.
All AI features require consent. An organization administrator must review and accept the terms for each AI feature before it can be used, because these features send data to third-party AI providers for processing. You can review and withdraw consent at any time in your organization settings.
